Some laptops are still at staff homes. How do we handle those?
Get them back to one site first. We can supply lockable crates so returns accumulate securely until there are enough to collect.
Can you take the server rack as well?
Yes, rack and all if you want it gone. Drives are removed and wiped before the chassis goes anywhere.
Do you need a dock booking here?
Rarely. Most Hills District offices have ground-level access, which makes the job quicker than the equivalent CBD collection.
