Cabramatta’s business district is mostly shopfronts and first-floor suites: retail, grocery, restaurants, travel agents, medical and dental clinics, and a lot of family-run businesses where the office computer has done ten years of service and never been touched.
Kinsoft collects and securely destroys end-of-life hardware across Cabramatta, Canley Vale, Canley Heights, Fairfield, Lansvale and Bonnyrigg.
What makes a Cabramatta collection different
Clinics are the highest-risk sites. GP, dental and allied health practices here hold Medicare numbers and clinical histories, and practice-management data is often on a single aging tower in a back room.
Travel agents hold passport scans. Booking files routinely include identity documents and card details, kept far longer than anyone intends.
Equipment is old and heavily used. Collections skew towards spinning disks a decade or more old. Those drives are more likely to fail mid-wipe, which means physical destruction instead — and it needs to be documented either way.
Narrow access and kerbside loading. Shopfront loading is a five-minute window on a busy street. We plan the run so the truck is not sitting in traffic.
Secure data destruction
Drives are wiped to DoD 5220.22-M by default, with NIST 800-88 and the Australian ISM available. SSDs use firmware-level Secure Erase. Certificates record make, model, serial, standard and verification per device. Full detail on our e-waste removal and data destruction page.

The practice computer is fifteen years old. Can you still wipe it?
We try. If the drive is failing we shred it instead and the certificate records physical destruction rather than erasure. Either way it is documented.
We’re a clinic closing down. How long do we need to keep records?
Health records have their own retention periods — keep the data, dispose of the hardware. We can help you get a clean copy off first.
Can you come outside trading hours?
Yes. Early morning before the shops open is usually the easiest.
