Liverpool is the commercial hub of South West Sydney and the scale shows. Health services, council facilities and a large logistics and light-industrial belt sit alongside a dense professional district around Macquarie Street, with Moorebank and Prestons close by.

Kinsoft collects and securely destroys end-of-life hardware across Liverpool, Moorebank, Casula, Prestons, Warwick Farm and Chipping Norton.

What makes a Liverpool collection different

Logistics sites run scanners and telematics. Freight and warehouse operators here have handheld terminals, vehicle units and yard office PCs holding consignment and customer data — rarely counted as IT assets.

Large employers need chain of custody. Health and government-adjacent organisations require signed custody from desk to destruction, with a named person at each handover. We document it as standard.

Industrial estates are easy, towers are not. Moorebank and Prestons have yard access; the Macquarie Street offices have shared lifts and booked docks. A single job often involves both.

Equipment is kept until it dies. Collections skew older, with a higher proportion of failed drives that need shredding rather than wiping.

Secure data destruction

Drives are wiped to DoD 5220.22-M by default, with NIST 800-88 and the Australian ISM available. SSDs use firmware-level Secure Erase. Certificates record make, model, serial, standard and verification per device. Full detail on our e-waste removal and data destruction page.

Do you provide a chain of custody document?

Yes, signed at every handover, from the sealed container on site through to the destruction record.

Do warehouse scanners need wiping?

Generally yes. They hold consignment, address and sometimes customer contact data, and they are almost always skipped.

Can you handle a mix of warehouse and office in one booking?

Yes. We route them together and issue one certificate set covering every device from both sites.
