Penrith is the regional centre for the Nepean and the far west, with institutions to match: hospital and health services, a university campus, council facilities and a large trade and construction base spread through Emu Plains, St Marys and Jamisontown.

Kinsoft collects and securely destroys end-of-life hardware across Penrith, Emu Plains, St Marys, Kingswood, Jamisontown and Cranebrook.

What makes a Penrith collection different

Jobs are planned, not reactive. Distance means we schedule Nepean runs deliberately. Booked ahead, the price is the same as inner Sydney; same-day callouts are a different conversation.

Construction and trade businesses have field devices. Site tablets, rugged laptops and vehicle-mounted units hold job records, plans and client details, and they are usually written off rather than disposed of properly.

Institutional volumes come at once. A campus or health service refresh produces hundreds of units in a week and needs staging space and serial tracking from the start.

Sites have real yard access. Most Penrith premises take a truck without a dock booking, which makes bulk collection straightforward.

Secure data destruction

Drives are wiped to DoD 5220.22-M by default, with NIST 800-88 and the Australian ISM available. SSDs use firmware-level Secure Erase. Certificates record make, model, serial, standard and verification per device. Full detail on our e-waste removal and data destruction page.

Arrange a collection

Call 02 9064 2663 or contact us online. We cover Penrith, Emu Plains, St Marys, Kingswood, Jamisontown and Cranebrook.

Do you charge extra to come out this far?

Not for a scheduled collection with a few days’ notice. We group Nepean jobs into a planned run.

What about tablets and phones from the field crews?

They come too. Mobile devices are factory-reset and cryptographically erased, and listed on the certificate the same as a laptop.

We have a tender requiring documented disposal. Will your paperwork satisfy it?

Send us the clause. We issue serial-level certificates with the standard cited, which is what tenders of that kind normally require.
