St Leonards is a health precinct with a commercial strip attached. Royal North Shore and the specialist suites around it sit directly beside Pacific Highway office towers, so a single street can produce both a consulting-room collection and a corporate floor clearance.

Kinsoft collects and securely destroys end-of-life hardware across St Leonards, Crows Nest, Naremburn, Wollstonecraft, Greenwich and Artarmon.

What makes a St Leonards collection different

Specialist suites are small and highly regulated. A single practitioner’s PC holds a complete patient history set. Volume is low; sensitivity is as high as it gets.

Corporate floors go out all at once. The Pacific Highway towers house professional services firms that refresh or relocate in one move, producing laptops, docks, monitors and comms gear together.

Two access regimes in one precinct. Hospital-adjacent suites need escorted access and quiet windows; the towers need dock bookings and inductions. Different paperwork, often the same week.

Parking does not exist. Loading is from booked docks or not at all. We book, we turn up in the window, and we leave on time.

Secure data destruction

Drives are wiped to DoD 5220.22-M by default, with NIST 800-88 and the Australian ISM available. SSDs use firmware-level Secure Erase. Certificates record make, model, serial, standard and verification per device. Full detail on our e-waste removal and data destruction page.

Arrange a collection

Call 02 9064 2663 or contact us online. We cover St Leonards, Crows Nest, Naremburn, Wollstonecraft, Greenwich and Artarmon.

We’re one practitioner with three machines. Will you come?

Yes. Small clinical collections are a normal booking and the certificates are the same as for a corporate job.

Our building requires an induction. How much notice do you need?

A few days is usually enough. Send us the building’s requirements and we will complete them before the date.

Can you collect the phone handsets and comms gear too?

Yes. Handsets, switches and routers hold configuration and sometimes call records, and they are included in the certificate set.
